Big Brown going for the crown

Big Brown had an outstanding performance last Saturday with a 5-length victory at the Preakness. No horse has been even close to Big Brown, yet.

This is the first time that The Fit Palace covers horse racing, but I must admit that watching Big Brown race with such an ease and beautiful rhythm, it was like watching Michael Jordan hit a jumper for the win. Now, Big Brown has the opportunity to win the Triple Crown at the Belmont Stakes on June 7. It has been 30 years since Affirmed won the Triple Crown back in 1978. Of course, there have been other horses that had the same opportunity as Big Brown and nearly missed the Triple Crown, but again no horse has done it in 30 years! And Big Brown has the chance to do it.

From what I saw at the Preakness, Big Brown will make history in three weeks. That deserves our TFP of the Week!
